Iv always loved this cousin of mine. This guy is everything a gal needs but he just cant keep a girlfriend it breaks my heart.
He says his girls talk and want to get committed too soon.
Is there something he is doing wrong?

No he is just being himself. Alot of women search for that perfect guy and when they find him they want to snatch him up before he is taken. Your cousin is suffering from being that perfect guy and he will probably break a few hearts till he finds the one he wants

Your cousin is giving off signals that lead women to think he wants to be committed, when he really doesn't want that so soon.
He needs to learn how to identify what he is doing, and knock it off if he doesn't want the same thing to keep happening to him over and over for the rest of his life.
I would bet anything that if you asked those girls what went wrong, they would be telling you that they all thought he wanted the same thing they did.

It sounds like it's the girls he's picking. He wants a friendly casual relationship...maybe he should say that up front to the girls he dates. It seems they all want to get serious too soon and he doesn;t. He should tell them what he wants from the beginning.

Yeah, it sounds like he does a poor job of communicating. He needs to be open about his expectations for the relationship and set the pace up front.

Maybe he has not found the Right One yet. Maybe he is afraid of commitment? It will happen and he will meet the right person soon.

I dont think he is doing anything wrong (if a chick wants to commit to him too soon....he MUST be doing something right........ One day he'll find the woman that he DOESNT think is trying to commit to him too soon.
