Absolutely!! And if a girl chooses to smoke, I think it's important for a guy to respect her lifestlye choice to smoke. If he has a problem with kissing a smoker then he can go kiss non-smokers.

The first time I kissed a smoker I felt like I sneezed in an ash tray. The next time, it wasn't so bad, but it was noticable.

Cigarettes - ew
Weed - ew
Cigarettes are the grossest though...there is nothing that is a bigger turn off than a guy who smokes cigarettes.

If you don't smoke-you can tell a smoker a mile off-it's in their hair/clothes/everthing. Not every non-smoker minds this though!
