Is it true that at night you weight more than in the morning? I weight my self every night and today only today I went down three lb. i had the same clothes and everything. could it be that i losted doing sx?

You weigh more at night because of the food you've eaten over the course of the day. Weigh yourself at the same time each time to get accurate readings.

well, sex does burn calories. It could also have to do with your hydration levels.
Generally, your true weight, for health measuring purposes, should be first hting in the morning, before you eat. You gain weight during the day while eating and drinking.
Also, one-day weight fluctuations are normal. Thats why for people on exercise programs, trainiers recommend only wieghing once per week, so you dont get discouraged or falsely encouraged by daily fluctuations,.
