Are there any institutes or training centres for bike racing in india or aborad? if yes then can u name them??

If you are looking at India, try the Indian Olympic Association, link below. Overseas, I would apply the same technique...contact the Olympic Committees of wherever you are.

There are some in the U.S. Former MotoGP champion Kenny Roberts runs one of them but I do not know the address. Many of the current MotoGP, Motorcross and Superbike riders have graduated from this school of bike racing.
