Hey j1tm2002,
I could not find the exact picture, but here is a site with all Dali's paintings. Click on Galeries.

If you click the link below, it will take you to page where it talks of
"The legendary, unfinished, animated “Destino", fruit of a 1946 project between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali"
It also says 'This seven minute mixture of live action and animation is a love story without dialogs between two young lovers, a bat, and a baseball; who must overcome numerous obstacles to fulfill their affection"
This is the only thing that i know of that involves Salvador Dali and a bat and baseball.... Hopefully this helps

Go to a Public Library and see if you can review any of their Picture books on paintings of Salvadore Dali.
or -
I would write a letter to the Salvadore Dali Art Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida - and just ask them. Enclose a SASE for their answer and I am sure they will do everything they can to assist you.

Seems unlikely - although I do remember a painting of a player from an extreme overhead angle rather like Dali's crucifiction. It was painted in that ultra-realistic style of ali's. I feel it pretty much falls into what is frequently called 'pop art'.

Well , I think there are too many people in my family that I admire and respect to pick someone that I don't really know to name my kid after. (IMO) The name should be 1. Something you like and "feel" is right. and 2. If possible honor (live or dead) a family member on either side of the two family's. I have twins(boy and girl) so we had all kinds of names flying around. We settled on Brice(out of the blue liked the name) Daniel (both of us have a brother named Daniel) and for the girl Kirsten(again just liked the sound)Gayle ...this gave her the same initials as my father and the same first and last as mine. I think you may change your mind by the time you have children. Then again ....maybe not :)
