You are only asking this question because either you want to brag you had one and you want to tell us all about it, or you just have a sick, yet interesting sense of humor. I am totally grossed out if you really think a threesome is somehow normal or healthy in any way, like a dinner party or a wedding. There is no proper etiquette since a 3some is not a norm. Do whatever you feel is right. For two women, I'd send flowers.
