Usually that happens with long distance phone calls. Whenever I'm talking to someone who is in a different province, or country, my voice always echoes.
But if it echoes even when your talking to someone nearby, then maybe your phone needs to be fixed or something..

I could be a bad phone or you're on a speaker phone...also sometimes broadband phone do that too...I got one...and have an "echo" at times!

That's because that person has you on speakerphone. You can hear their phone project your voice.

Happens to me too, mostly on cellphones. I think it has something to do with the satellite.

Maybe they put it on speaker phone. or someones just talkin to loud.
