hair falls out for many reasons. It is usually due to the diet. Not enough nutrients are in your diet, so the hair falls out.

As for obesity, there are several causes there too.
Are you looking for a link to hair loss and obesity? I have never seen one, typical obese people dont lose hair due to lack of nutrients.

Good Luck

Hi I know how how you feel with the hair loss, I am iron deficient anemic and my hair falls out alot. Have you had your blood checked? It may be a thyroid/iron problem. I am now taking iron tablets and eating plenty of green veg. My doctor said my hair should grow back as am only nineteen once my iron restores. Also I use Arnica Medicated Hair oil and once that finishes i heard Coconut Oil is good too. Try those. But make sure you get your blood checked. Also try that product called Rogain from Boots you can get it. I heard its good for male and female.

The obesity i do not know much about. However I know my friends aunt was obese two years ago..she is now a size 14. She did regular excersize, 3 times a week. She also changed her diet completely. The bigger you are the more food you need. And you can change all that food into some really healthy tasty a things. I eat brocolli carrots poatoes with bread sauce and its delicious. Change the diet and do some regular excersise. Also take vitamin supplements. I heard theres this vitamin thats really good for weight loss. Check it out in Herbal shops and stalls. I take Vitamin B complex for my hair loss. I hope I have helped.

Protein in diet is sooo important. A healthy diet will not only tackle the obesity but will also address the hair loss. If you are eating healthy than I would suggest a good supplement; because it sounds like you are not getting enough nutrients. Perhaps join weight watchers; they have been around for ever and have stood the test of time. Or think about seeing a nutritionist. I would definitely start w/the healthy eating.
