I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and Occipital Neuralgia - both very painful nerve disorders. Trigeminal Neuralgia is considered the most painful disorder known to medical practice. It causes a shocklike pain in several areas of the face - forehead, eye, nose, teeth, etc. I have the atypical type, so it lasts for long periods of time rather than for seconds. I have had broken bones, burns, and lacerations, but nothing caused as much pain as this.

I haven't had a baby yet, but I have had some bouts of Kidney Stones this past two months and I would say that was the most painful thing I've ever experienced so far in life. And I am 34 years old. Also they say, for men, the pain of Kidney Stones is worse than giving birth.

physically a chemical burn has to be the worst. my husband once got burn with hot tar on a roof. he couldn't try to clean it because the tar whould have spread to more areas. he was in teh country when it happend and instead of waiting on the ambulance he decided to try to pull some of the hardened tar off. big mistake. it tore the skin off down to the muscle!

Well for me - it's a natural pain for women... "cramps"... My lower back hurts and it feels like someone is twisting my spine up and down and then puncturing my abdominal muscles...

But if it's any kind of pain.... Like you getting killed...
It would probably be likee --- having a body part cut out when i was still alive!!! :[ EEK!!
