First, there is no air seeping in from the windows of an aircraft but rather it's from the the air inside conducting from the cold on the windows that makes it feel like it's 'seeping' in. IN fact if there is a 'hole'.. air would be seeping OUT as the airplane has a higher pressure inside than outside!

Remember that is why you cannot open the door when the airplane is in flight as the pressure inside the plane makes it impossible to open the door. Note that all doors need to be pulled INWARDS first before pushing OUTWARDS!

Buy gray foam strip insulation. It is self-sticking and easy to
remove later. Put it around the cracks where the window
meets the frame and if necessary even on the outside of the window frame.
Make sure to also put it around the door to seal it against
the door frame.
