Anyway, if you swear at them like that, you'll just HAND them a reason to look down on you. Be the better person.....
I could see why it would annoy you though, and I don't blame you for that.

That would certainly be an extreme reaction and actually much ruder than the rudeness you seem to perceive in the starer. Sometimes staring can be unconscious, others times a form of admiration. And don't forget that staring is a culturally relative activity. I mean that it's acceptable in some cultures and not at all rude, and it's difficult for a person to switch cultural codes when in another culture.

Of course you can do that, but keep in mind it may work against you in the future if you run into that person again. For example, once as I was riding a bus a guy kept staring at me and I flipped him off. Weeks later I was in my local bar having a drink with a couple of my friends and the same guy walked into the bar; he was already drunk. He recognized me and got all angry; he started telling me off for being a "stuck up b****" and my friends were totally confused because they had no idea what was going on.
So as long as you're willing to accept the inherent risks of being rude-- go for it! :D

No do not say it in such a rude manner. Be kind and this will really set them off track. Say something like, excuse me to I have food on my face, you are staring at me. Or, excuse me do I know you? This will get them every time. good luck and God bless

Assuming they are looking down on you because of your ethnicity . . . what if they were actually thinking -
GIRL : Wow is he hot!!
GUY : Man I wished I looked like that dude!!
And while they are sitting innocently admiring you...you tell them to f*ck off??
Now that wouldn't be very nice would it!?

maybe their not looking down on you, maybe they think your good looking or perhaps their just curious. if their not use to being around someone of your ethnicity perhaps just out of curosity their studying you.
