For *.mov files, you need Quicktime (made by Apple but used on PCs for this very reason)

.mov seems familiar to me. but im not sure. my best guess is that it might be a quicktime file. check that and if its not try windows media player

Best advice every given : do NOT get Quicktime, it sucks.
Get Realplayer. Look on your start menue, it should already come with the computer. If not, download it. http://google.com
