I don't think you can very easily. I think the only public records for an address is the electoral roll, but then you have to know which town they are in to get the right one, and then it depends whether they are in it. Phone book needs the area they live in too. Then there could be more than one person with that name and initial....... horrendous innit?

try 192.com - just type in their name and essex and see what comes up.
