All parts of the laburnum tree are poisionous so its best to get rid of it completely especially if you have children or pets around!

If It were me, I would make a clean flat cut of the stump and use it either as a plant stand or if you can make it a little higher, a bird feeder.

Make sure the stump's top is level. Then nail a circle or square
board to it. Makes a tabletop for dining or displaying plants.

I'd plant a clematis to grow up it and a rose too. Or for something different get some fungus spores and put those into drilled holes in it.

put a board on it and use as bird table add water in the summer for a bath
