Drink plenty of safe drinking water. The epithelial layers of the skin require vitamin A and C for normal growth and will help to prevent the pores from clogged up. Zinc is good for the skin too. Eat plenty of whole grains, fresh fruits and raw vegetables, wheat germ, eggs, nuts and seeds. Daily intake of carrot and tomato juice is good for better complexion. Mix equal quantities of almond oil and honey and apply to get rid of the marks. Applying turmeric and Bengal gram flour will help to remove the unwanted hair but it will take a long period.
