I was told I am a witch, because I believe in the power of crystals. I also am aware of my powers. But I believe in a man named Jesus, and god. I also believe god is within me, and within you, and touches everything. I think nature is a powerful way to heal. And I often find myself listening to the wind, and hugging a tree.
I remember my past lifes, and how I died. And I aslo remember being trapped in some kind of void, not because I was being punished, but because I loved someone so much, I couldnt let go.
Does all of this make me a witch? Or just someone who may be open to the possibilty of the divinity of god.

Birdsflie just to suggest the because someone who wears crystals is witchcraft is still a negative connantation, and proves to me that we must place people in categories for our own understanding. Then you suggest I am influenced by the devil. Why because it is something you have been taught to believe. I challenge you to break away all of your preconceptions and judge not others for the beliefs they have, but how they live their lives bases on those beliefs. You may find they are not evil at all, and you might have to structure a new way to believe.
I wish you well

I think that peoples beliefs cannot be defined in one little catergory. People are just so erratic, that you really can't caterogize people period.

But in this case, I don't think it does make you a witch, though i feel like you maybe or already been persecuted for your beliefs anyway.

But you have to be more specific. Witch is such a negative word now. They catergorize anyone who believes in the power of nature and life and anything associated is a witch. See "witches", like pagans and wiccans take oaths and do ceremonies as Christians so though it is more than just believeing something, most "witches" commit verbally, mentally and spiritually.

And then there's past lives. There have been a few cases of that and that was left as a mystery. I think it's simply that you're connected more to yourself than other people.

A witch technically is someone who practices wicca. Now you believing in the power of crystals and listening to the wind are wicca type rituals. However, you believe in Christianity. You could be what they call a white witch. This is someone just like you. They believe in witch craft but, for good and not evil. Look up wicca and white witchcraft. That should help you. Take care and Happy Halloween.

I'm not sure if this makes you a witch but I do believe in all this universe has to offer. You are special and you're actually acting on your abilities. So many people ignore these things and think such things don't exist. I say do what you came here to do. Live your life no matter what anyone else thinks. You feel and do these things for a reason. This who you are. Embrace it and learn everything you can from these experiences. Help the people that will listen and help them grow. I wish you the best!

You silly willy. Does this make you a witch? You have accepted a lot of "stuff" into your eye gate and ear gate. The way it is supposed to work is that your rational mind judges those things that come in those gates and disregards anything that is untrue. So you ask me what is TRUE. Easy, true is that objective reality that is true for everyone. It is what is. Just because we all have subjective experiences within objective reality doesn't for one minute alter objective reality. On Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, California, in the '60's, many a person who believed they could fly found out that their subject experience did not alter objective reality. They died when they hit the pavement. Truth is what IS. Just as there is false in the physical plane; there is false in the spiritual plane. What is, is what it is, in both the physical and spiritual planes regardless of our personal beliefs about it. Beliefs can line up with what IS or stray from what IS, but what IS keeps being what IS, irrespective of beliefs. The sun still shines even if you sleep in the day with shades that make your room dark. Before we die, we have all kinds of beliefs, but after we die, all there is, and all there will be, is what IS, not what we believe it will be. It will be what it IS. Reality can be very painful to those who have strayed into the nebulae.

To be truly honest, noone could answer that for you unless they came to u from heaven. We earthlings just aren't privileged to that sort of info, I don't think we are ready. I DO know two things, we are to love & have faith in God above all things, second, to love everyone. If u do those things, how could you be a witch? I believe u just for the record, I don't think God created us to be uniformed, but a miraculous variety for Him to enjoy & watch grow toward Him. I also believe that there is a bit of divinity in all of us in Him ~ yes. "You are the breathing survivor of spiritual perfection."~ artakiane.com(a lovely site if u want to look at some paintings by a prophet straight from God). All is possible with God my sister. Don't ever forget that or let anyone take any God given thoughts you have. Esp if you are a loving person.

I can't pretend that I know the answer to your question, because I don't. I can tell you that the Bible is the Word of God, and in it He says that witchcraft is a sin. I'm a Christian also, but I share some of your questions. I've seen the power witches have to heal. I've been a part of that. How could that be an evil thing? The only person who can truly answer this question for you is yourself. Do you have the faith to believe the whole Word as truth? I know this dodn't answer your question, but I hope it helps to know you aren't the only one with questions like that.

Hey!!
A witch is a person who practices witch craft- ie some special rituals to invoke extra terrestial powers or beings. It seems u dont. Your other things seem to be an extra love for nature.

Your case is a typical re-birth case where the person met an untimely unnatural death. The soul could not relieve itself due to some serious unfinished task or deep un-consummated love of something or someone. Hence you remember things from your past life.

I dunno about other faiths, but Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism believe in re-birth and unfinished tasks.

There are loads of such instances in Asia, particularly India, Nepal, Bnagladesh, SriLanka..., Lord Buddha (the main deity of Buddhists) is said to have have many incarnations or re-births known as Bodhisatvs.

Crystal gazing is a science few untrained people can practice. May be in your last birth you belonged to a tribe or class of people who did that, ie, crystal gazing.

Man, you are petrfectly normal. Only your previous birth things you remember for one or more of aforesaid reasons.

There is a form of Christian-Paganism. Perhaps you'd fit into that. Just because you believe in the powers of crystals etc does not automaticcaly make you Wiccan (I'm assuming that what you meant by Witch), You do sound like you have Pagan traits though. I'll see if I can find the name of the Pagan religion that believes in Jesus....

EDIT: there is Christian Wicca, go to this forum and scroll down, you'll see it in the list of boards

Hope that helps

You have a gift that helps you see things more clearly than many people do. Unlike the people who put you down, who get their knowledge from books and authority figures, you're in touch with the truth inside yourself. I was born with strong memories of my past life (and death), but those who have no way to relate to reincarnation are naturally distrustful of it, especially the Christians here who refuse to believe Jesus's teachings, as an Essene rabbi, about karma and literal, physical rebirth.

Sounds like you are a person with a lot going on.

Some people of certain beliefs have a tendency to be scared of anything that is strange or different. It is not a reflection on you or your beliefs. I use two simple criteria for judging people - 1) are they hurting anybody else?, 2) are they doing good work?, and 3) are they happy?

Unless you fail any of those, IMHO, go for it and spit in their eye if they don't like it!!!

Good luck,

A
