someone internationally bought my item and i shipped it to an nigerian address. just want to know is that safe or could the buyer be a fraud?

As long as you got the money, I can't imagine why you'd be concerned. They very well may be a fraud, but it won't affect your dealings. Anytime you sell something, wait 'till you have confirmation that the money is in your account (or will be, like with a credit card) before you put something in the mail.

If you've sent the product without receiving payment, let this be a lesson, and I'll hope for you that you don't get burned in order to learn it.
