The best way to avoid stalkers is to NEVER EVER sign up for a website like this one. Especially after your father and mother have warned you that sites like this are just breeding grounds for people who seek to harm you. I'm sure that you think there's no danger in a site like this, but you would be wrong. It would be very easy for a person to find out exactly who you are, where you live and the fact that you are underage. From there, it would be just a matter of finding you and... you know the rest. Think it can't happen? It can and it has to far too many children. Mom and I love you very much, but you are playing with fire by being in a website like this. You are not safe, and you are not allowed to come to this site anymore. I don't care if every one of your friends are playing here. You're not to do it again. Any questions?

I highly recommend a restraining order. And if he violates it you have to report him immediately, then the police will come out and ask questions and fill out a report, and then you have to PURSUE the incident. Don't just expect the police to file it and have it be taken care of because it goes to some office at the Courthouse and sits in somebody's inbox for a month. Pursue, pursue, pursue, pursue.
Also, avoid going anywhere alone. If you can, always have a friend with you, and have security or a big burly co-worker walk you to your car after work every day. And always lock your doors, car and home, and try to park your car in the garage so he can't tamper with it.

Contact the police as soon as possible and report the unwanted activity. You can also request a restraining order against the person and they will be required, by law; to stay away from you. If they do stalk you again, once the restraining order is served, the police can arrest him for the violation. Please do this immediately, and best of luck to you, I wish you safety in the future.

AHHHH!!! I had this situation before. Ok, the best thing to do is pray about it. After that, avoid him like the plague! Act like he doesn't even exist. If he says "hi" glare at him and don't answer. Then walk away. Alright, from personal experiance, I can't tell you much because I sort of couldn't be mean to this kid because he was autistic. But he was SCARY!! Hey, if you want to get your mind off things you can go to my website, and if you want to talk you can e-mail me through my website. GOOD LUCK!!!

1. Tell him to leave you alone. DOCUMENT DAY, TIME AND RESPONSE.
2. Record every instance you see him/her (date, time, place), every time they call, what was said.
3. Take this info to the police.
If this does not work, take all your info and file a restraining order.
DO NOT TRY TO BE NICE. It can only encourage them.
Best wishes for success.
