i want to gain weight and at the same time add some muscle mass.im a sprinter, footballer, basketballer and swimmer. so i need a strong and solid abdominal muscles for better performance.
what should i do?

Continue working out. Your not losing your abs, your just getting thicker.. The abs are still there. Whenever working out...always breathe with your diaphram, concentrating on your stomach muscles. Bear down on them. Also one exercise that most people aren't aware of is sitting presses. Sit erect pressing the weight over your head, and breathe, exhaling as you push up..keeping the stomach tense, in- hale as you return. Do sets of 10 with relatively light weight. This will strenghthen your torso area and define it. Good Luck.
