It is super chrged so the timing is allready pretty aggressive and I 've only got about $500-I just need more towing power and can afford a full size p/u right now

Air intake system, Better Bigger cat back exhaust. and check this out "PulleyBoys.Com" A florida company who makes smaller supercharger pulley = more boost. You will have to use name brand premium gasoline. The blower on that truck is a Eaton. Either buy a supercharger pulley puller or find on various web sites some on who will help you with the install. DO NOT use any two jaw pullers the pulley is pressed on at 20 tons. ANd installing the new pulley requires a special threaded installer tool.

Cold air in take and a larger exhaust system( Cat Back). Most cold air intakes are a do-it-yourself type jobs but the Catalytic converter and back exhaust system may need some special tools to get it done right. Local automarts have or can get them both for you and keep you in the 500 smackers range... Good Luck...

Power programmer (Hypertech, Jet, etc.) and a K&N filter will just about drain your 500 dollar budget, you should get 20-40 horsepower boost between the two. Make sure youre running premium fuel.

Maybe a good exhaust will run you 800 more or so.
