When we use our George Forman it takes about 1 hour and 45 miutes to 2 hours, it depends if you have a temparture adjusting unit, with the George you doe just like the Ronco one, set it up set the timer and it does the rest.

One bit of advice, do not use a spice blend that ahs to much, sugar, paprika or ground spices these tend to darken and burn, if you want to add sauce do this at the end, we use to put lemon slice in the water you add to the drip tray, this adds falvour and aroma, and you can baste it with the drippings and the lemon flavour will be added subtley.
