Practice out of book but if you wanna rock at the foo kick-*** stuff - get proper instruction and practice what you learn daily.
Good arts:
Wing Chun Kung Fu
Thai Boxing/Muay Thai
Escrima/Silat/Kali
These are hardcore arts and not just for show.

Everyone knows God is into Judo Christian roots. His best move was turn the other cheek, and poor Abel paid for it with his life. God is a poor Sensi, and should have mixed some Brazillian Jujitsy in with the JudoChristian moves, that way Abel could have turned the other cheek, ducked and leg swept Cain, putting him into a noplata, dislocating his farmers elbow.
