I have tried alot of medicines but it keeps coming back.

inhale hot vapour covering ur head, from a bucket..
bath in hot water... as much as u can.. and for precaution from infection, u may take ampicillin 500.( after referring to doctor).
and avoid getting wet in rain, ur head should be dry all times

If you are sure its an infection, you would need to see a dr and get antibiotics. If its an allergy, which you would probably still need to see a dr about, allergy medicine. Being that it seems chronic you NEED TO SEE A DR and stop asking us!!

try normal saline or simple saline from the store in med section has worked for me
