We all have a lapse sometimes. It shouldn't affect your weight loss as long as you get back on tomorrow. Stick to your diet and exercise program. Many people if they feel the need to "cheat" will give themselves one day a week (like every Saturday) to have some extra calories. Don't indulge and blow your diet. Just give in to that craving while sticking to the proper portion. (i.e. have 1 piece of pizza, not 3, 1-2 cookies, not the box!).

No it is not ok to indulge sometimes! That way you will never get thin. Stick to your diet.
