Try one of those Mr Clean Magic Erasers....amazingly they DO work as well as the commercial implies! I was a skeptic until I tried it. They're about $3.00 or so for a pk of 2 and you can get them in the cleaning isle.

Dish detergent works well. Sometimes white toothpaste if she scratched the wall when she used the pencil
And get her large pads of paper, you have a new artist!
Just teach her what's acceptable and what is not working for you.
Later take her to a craft store and tell her when she's ready you'll get her a little kit to paint pictures.....I started my daughter with a coloring book that when you have a brush with water, it colors the pictures....yes just water to the paper.
I then got a "dollar store" plastic table cloth with the felt on the back and put it on the table when she wanted to paint...or on the floor out of the traffic area...so she could creat away on the floor with her projects.....
enjoy the time....it goes so fast!

Many will give you advice on how to remove it. My advice- don't waste time on removing it.Just cover it up with a painting or shelf if its high or a couch or something if its lower. Use your creativity- try asking a mature & creative kid on how to cover up the mess & use it as a opportunity to decorate your house. It may turn out to be FUN!
