Takeoff and landing speeds and distances vary with load. A light 747 will touch down at about 135 kias (knots indicated air speed), a heavy one will lift off at about 155 kias (MTOW flaps 2). V2 (safe climb speed) at MTOW (max takeoff weight) is 180 kias. FAR runway requirements are 10,500' for takeoff and 7,870' for landing. That's around 3km for takeoff and 2.3km for landing.
This all varies by specific model, 747s MTOW has increased from 435 tons on the 747-400 to 600 tons on 747-600x, engines have varied from the original 39,000 lb thrust JT9D to the 62,000 lb thrust PW 4062s.
