keeps coming in and out of ones life over the past three years. this person has dated alot. says that the one he is dating now is the one and wants to spend the rest of his life with this person. want to marry but wait aleast 3 years to get to know each other much better and date more.

i dont think you need 3 year to know if the person youre with is the one you wish to stay with, i think it takes faith, loyalty, trust, committment, honesty, love and communication, and above all respect both for yourself and the one you wishes to share your life with, it doesnt matter if you know the person 1 month or 1 year combine these qualities with some understanding a bit of givin and taking and you will have a great relationship

YES you can fall in love right away, I did. But if the person has a track record of "falling in love," then falling out of love, I'd recommend waiting to make sure.
