Ha-ha. Every country has the "mandate of heaven." Like all people do. We all have the right to be here. God [or Someone, Something] created us and we are here, and that makes us worthy of being here.
Having God's mandate doesn't necessarily mean we are rich, powerful or happy. When we are poor, it can be a great opportunity to learn and grow, and I think this is a very positive thing in that sense.

I am not sure what you mean by this question. Has the US mandated something? Or are you saying that Heaven has chosen the US for something? Any Biblical references regarding chosen countries or peoples would not include the US because it didn't exist back then.

You need to rethink or rephrase your question. Mandate makes it mandatory-Heaven is blissful. There is no mandate of either anywhere, in any form religiously or figure of speech.

england uk have not got a mandate for heaven most do not go to church and a lot do no beleave in heaven i live there
