OK, IM 13 YRS OLD, AND IM ABOUT 170 LBS. I NO IM FAT, BUT DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON A HEALTHY DIET? I DONT REALLY EAT, AND I PLAY LACROSS, BUT CANT LOOSE THE WEIGHT.

Let me tell you something honey, i've been a big girl my whole life, and all it is, is learning to like it.
I get more dates than any of my skinny friends, its all about confidance.

Besides, youre only 13!! Dont worry about dieting. Be young, be happy. You'll regret later spending so much time wanting to lose weight when you get older and realize, it never mattered.

You eat...if you are in sports and cant get the weight off...you are eating more than you are exercising. It may be what you are eating ...not how much. Try stopping any sugary drinks for two weeks...And no fast food or high fat/high sugar "snacks".
Stop eating when you aren't hungry anymore...not when your full.
Pay attention to what you eat and at what times of day.
Speak to your Dr to rule out anything medical.
After the two weeks ....see how you feel. You may notice a big difference in energy and might even lose a few lbs......After that you will have more motivation to keep losing, and be more healthy.

Maybe you should ask your mom if you could see a nutritionist.But eat a good breakfast, then eat a small amount every 2-3 hours.Avoid eating before you go to bed.Watch what you eat.Veggies and fruit rather than sugar filled stuff.

It might not be what you eat but how much and what you eat also it could be heredity you might be chubby now but you might slim down. Don't let this get you down keep your head up and be proud of who you are!
