I am so impressed with you! You may be young but you realize that things have happened that have caused you much distress and that it's negatively affecting your life. You can get help from your local mental health clinic. They will provide you with someone to talk with so that you can get all these feelings out in an appropriate way. They will also support you in finding ways to recover from these bad times that have caused you so much pain. You are on the right track to a great life! Good luck and God bless!

Sounds like your feeling are doing fine. How you react to your feelings is what will make the difference. Having to go through what your going through is really hard, but you will get through it. Sometimes parents just can't stay together, I am sure one of them hurts more than the other. Remember right now you are still a part of their life, and in a few years life will be totally up to you. In the meantime, keep in touch with your Friends by e-mail or regular mail. Stay focused on your school work, that really makes a difference when you become an adult. Tell your parents how sad you are, and hopefully they will try to help you through this. Do you have another adult relative you trust to share your feeling with? Just hang in there.

Just do all the things you want to do. Don't be afraid. Bring up your grades, hang out with your friends. Sorry to hear that your parents divorced, that is hard to deal with, but atleast now they are happier which can help you with improving things.

Just hang in there. Do what feels right, but not if it will harm yourself or somebody else. It's okay to feel sad, angry or depressed. It will pass in time...
Just carry on. Just please don't hurt yourself.
