they r not empowered to report.it should be reported only by the qualified pathologists.Will patients atleast demand their doctors to refer them to the best labs run by the pathologists?and will the govt take steps to streamline this for the benefit of the patients?

doctors all over depend on good labs to run tests and report appropriately. If you have doubts about any labs, you have a right to try another lab. government can not stop this since it is just another business, good luck
