how much turbo boost can i put in a stock 99 dodge ram 1500 5.9l truck?

Anything over 8 psi on any stock automotive engine is nuts. I have the same 5.9l in my jeep and I have been considering about 6 psi for the stock engine. But the is more than just psi involved. do the research.
