I used the Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter and Art Rage to make different pictures... But I can't open it in other programs.... So maybe someone could tell me how to convert those pictures into jpg or jpeg or something common...?

Open it in the program you created it in, then click Save As and change the file type at the bottom to jpg.

irfanview is a good program for converting photo files. Open the image and then when you go to save it just make sure you select the file type that you want and it will be automatically converted.

Use The GIMP fr image manipulation
some times toy where able to change the extension by renaming
Example :before renaming ;- image.tiff
>> rename it using desired eXtension
:After renaming ;- image.jpg
>> in some cases this will fail Anyway try this
