I think your local yellow pages would have a better answer than we would after giving so few details. MOST bbq restaurants offer "catering" as a take out service at least. Word of mouth is a good way to find a local guy who will do the smoking as a hobby and is used to handling big crowds.

A good bbq catering service should be able to offer you smoked meats (pulled pork, whole chickens and beef brisket by the pound for about $7.50 a pound (if you live in a rural area). Ribs will cost more. Figure 2-3 people will eat one pound of meat. The side items slaw, beans and buns should also be available by the quart. Then all you need is sweet tea and lemonade! Enjoy!
