A physical fitness test is a test carried out by a physical fitness professional to test an individuals health and fitness. It will often involve an aerobics test to see how fast the heart rate rises, how high the heart rate gets and how quickly the heart rate returns to normal after the person returns to a resting state. Other tests would include a stretch test to see how far a person can bend forward with their legs straight; how many ab crunches they can do in one minute, etc.

I suppose that those implications would depend upon the outcome of the test.

If the person thinks that they are a relatively healthy and fit individual and they take a physical fitness test and the results indicate that they are likely to fall over and die with a heart attack, the implications for the mental and emotional state is likely to be negative. It will change their view of themselves, and they will feel depressed.

On the other hand if the test reveals the person is in the top 5% of the populace in regard to how strong, healthy and fast they are, chances are pretty good that the person will feel very confident about themselves. That would certainly have an impact on their social abilities.

Hmm. When you do the mile, count time in your head. For every 20-30 seconds of jogging, take 10 seconds of fast walking, then start up again. I went for the 12 minutes to the 10 minute range doing this.
