I am 25 have 2 kids aged 5 and 2 . I have always struggled with my weight but if i worked ahrd enough i could get it off. After my second child 2 years ago i found it harder to loose the weight but after a year had got to 137lbs (i am 5'6and big boned). However after eating too much and not really exercising i have crept back up to 150 lbs. Over the last two months i have tried to cut down my food intake (although i havnt been able to start ex again yet) but have been unable to loose weight. However my tummy seemsto be growing - i am not pregnant but all my trousers and skirts are getting tighter, and most wont even fasten! The rest of my body looks ok but my tummy looks 6 months pregnant! Any one know why. I not i eat a lot of carbs - bread, pasta and rice but i dont eat a lot else.

Loss of abdominal muscle tone from prior pregnancies. Get in a good excercise regimen. Diet and excercise should help. You have never have the same muscle tone as prior to pregnancies but you can improve it. I am sure your beautiful children are worth a small sacrifice.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
