i have this friend that has a crush on me, but he tells his friends that i'm his girlfriend. i don't know if i am. his cousin which is my friend asked him out for me and he said yes and the date was yesterday at but we barely did anything together beside when we were with a bunch of our friends at the place we were going to. my parents don't know that i have guy friends besides a friend named pedro because he's a family friend and when my date and i were hanging out with eachother i held his wallet for him because he has his i.d in there instead on having it on a necklace because what he did with his necklace is put a star i made for him and when we were outside with eachother his brother older brother was nearly every where that he was, and he got sort of disappointed because he didn't get to see the spinners on my parents suv and was hopong he would but for some reason i told him that my parents don't know that i have guy friends besides pedro and that i have to hide it from them.

Vivian, if you know for certain he has a crush on you, then chances are he likes you. I think its proper to come right out and ask him, if you are his girlfriend or not. The answer will be either "Yes" or "No", and then you know where you stand. I gather you are really young, so just take your time and let things happen as they happen. I will tell you this, be very careful. A young boys hormones are really active. One more thing, your parents may not think you are old enough to begin dating, so they are just trying to protect you. Always honor your Mom and Dad's wishes, they have a way of knowing so much more, than you and I do.
