If you do not want him to steal your pancakes do not make any. This is the natural solution. The spiritual solution is to pray to God to change your husband and to give you wisdom on what you should do to prevent him from stealing your pancakes. Also the problem is that forbidden fruit is sweet, should you forbid in the first place?

If he lies about pancakes, he'll lie about anything. It's time to draw the line in the sand and insist he take you out for breakfast or you will have him drawn, quartered, and shot.
Really! Be thankful you have a husband and if this is the worst thing he ever does to you, you need to thank your God for the blessing you so much.

You must have the courage to talk to your husband about his wrong doings and as a matured christian you have to dig dipper why he has that bad attitude, is it inborn, environmental influence or his way to get your attention. may be he is insecure of what your status in life is or just simply attention seeker. I will pray that God will help you find the most simple yet effective solution to your problem. If you have heard of the devotion to Divine Mercy try doing it now. He can be of great help.

if you really dont want him to lie to you. let him lie and steal anything he wants. just remember one thing that he must aware of this that you know all this. very soon he will realize everything and he will confase in a good manner. just try this you will remember. when people hurt you let them do one good day they realize and they will ashamed like anything.

tell him you put cat pee in the pancake mixture, that it wasnt really pancake mixture you were making kitty trays.. outta kitty tray goope... and the cat pee was to attract the cats so they know where to go toilety...
