i've got not got a difficulty with the music, as plenty through fact the flicks and alertness. human beings can share music with their acquaintances, so quite now. you placed the CD into your computing gadget, and bingo you have the songs. yet downloading them, does artwork quite much the comparable way, yet you're in possibility of having contaminated. (hackers have no longer something to do with this). So it could be performed at your very own possibility. Now the flicks, it rather is the large no no, exceedingly if their bootleg and the movie's merely popping out into theathers. it rather is the place Hacker or Pirateing consumers are available in. application is a remarkable larger no no, and Microsoft has way of looking out by using residing house windows updates, in the adventure that your using any unlawful application.

It's a good question. There are many great free programs that are available. AVG, Azurus, Winamp, instantly spring to mind. I would say the best free app available for Windows is VLC.
VLC is the best media player. It is much better then commercial software media players. It is quite unbelivable that it is free as it is just so good.

Firefox by a long shot.
Also dbPowerAmp is good for converting music. IrfanView is good for viewing/converting images. VLC Client is awesome for video playback.

Well, let's start with security. I'm still loving:
The free version of AVG Anti Virus: http://free.grisoft.com
Zone Alarm free: http://www.zonelabs.com
Ad Aware: http://www.download.com
Then to enhance your media experience:
iTunes: http://www.apple.com
Zoom Player: http://tinyurl.com/ptue
Internet:
Mozilla Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Opera: http://www.opera.com
Bit Torrent: http://www.bittorrent.com
And, well, that should get you started.

I recently got Rainlendar - a free little desktop calendar and reminder utility. It's handy, looks nice and just sits there until it tells you to do something. http://vapaa.dc.inet.fi/~rainy/index.php?pn=projects&project=rainlendar
