what should i do for reducing my weight my height is 5ft my correct weight should be 45kg i have to reduce 10kg because my weight is 55kg.plz help me in this condition i dont get the cloths of my choice also.i want in 1month i should reduce my weight atleast 6kg.pls give any affective answer.

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes per day, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of.

Go on a strict vegan diet. Eat all the leafy greens you want to, fruit, vegetables and legumes(beans, nuts, etc). Stay as far away from starches(rice, patatoes, and flour products) and processed sugar as humanly possible and NO RED MEAT! eat a portion of fish or chicken(no skin) 3 times a week and exercise daily for at least 1 hour total. That includes running when you can( to catch a bus, upstairs instead of elevators and fast walking instead of standing at corners) you'll lose 10 pounds in a matter of days and then when you get to your target weight, you can maintain by getting a nutritionist to arrange your daily routine according to your body makeup and metabolism. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

You have to eat right and exercise is the key. You really should be happy with what you have and quit trying to live up to other's standards. I am sure you are quite nice he way you are.
