Get comfortable with your partner, that stuff doesn't happen over night unless you do it for a living. Pinpoint the anxiety, if it's a body image thing, soft candlle light offers dim yet exiting passionate light. If youre inexperienced, read cosmo, watch some porn clips, introduce whipped cream or a blindfold. It's all about pleasing each other. One can never go wrong with oral sex.

Attraction for sex is a natural and need not to be suppressed. however if you feel that your eagerness to sex is abnormally high you can control it by :1) Reading good books 2) Practise Pranayam, Meditation & self hypnatism 2) Change to simple and vegetarian food 3) avoid sexy talks, books, films etc.
if above do not help, consult a psychiatrist

anxiety is a mental illness, not going to be some magic one thing to make it go away, start dealing with your feelings and get to the cause of what causes anxiety and be very open and honest with your partner, it is 100% curable because action not just thought..
