i woke up awkwardly today, i 'm just fckin pissed but i donno y although i slept well..i hate this feeling i wana break up free

The feeling you describe is pretty normal for everyone occasionally. It's usually stress or fatigue induced- not necessarily from a lack of sleep, but a lack of down to time to simply relax and chill out. In your case, it might help if you found some physical activity to reduce the tension level. If you are near a gym with a punching bag, go give it a few rounds. It might just feel good to simply get it all out of your system, and the punching bag certainly won't complain. While you are punching away at it, you can grunt, swear, and you might just discover what it is that has your spring wound so tightly. Failing that, a nice scream out in a deserted area might work as well to simply let you blow off the steam. The thing is to find an activity that will let you do a controlled blow off, where you won't hurt yourself or anyone else. Any physical activity that will tire you physically and let you blow off the steam is a good choice.
I don't suggest getting rip snorting drunk in this state of mind because the effect of the alcohol could simply release the anger in a form of violence- and that's how it usually happens. You just need to blow off, not blow up.
Once you get over the urge to break something, things should calm and return to normal. If you actually do discover something that is eating at you and behind all this, then you need to deal with that, obviously. But first lift the lid and let some of the steam out. You will feel better and be better able to handle whatever else you need to.

Watch a comedy movie like Harold and Kumar go to
white casltle or Grandmas boy laugther is always a good way to break out of any shitty mood.good luck

I think there is ALWAYS a reason for feeling fck pss! It's just that your sub conscious mind knows what it is but you haven't quite nailed it yet with your conscious mind.

I think there IS something bugging you deep down. Have another think..somethings annoy you yesterday...something going on with someone else....might be bugging you more than you think....or maybe you got no plans today and it's gonna be boring.

EVERYONE HAS THESE DAYS- I KNOW I DO-
NOTHING WILL HELP REALLY- JUST GO THROUGH THE DAY AND TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER

sometimes our disease (head) wakes up before we do......acceptance is the key and just because you have crazy thoughts doesn't mean you have to act on them........
