What type of 'program' ?
What is your screen resoloution set to?
What opens the 'program' or is it self contained?

more info. required to answer.

Try pressing Alt + Space + R together, or Alt + Space + M together then use the arrow keys to move the window so you can see the usual buttons then press Enter
