I agree with you 100% (well with the sentiment anyway - being an Atheist I don't accept the concept of Sin - just that of common human decency)

Christians may sin like any other person if they do not embrace the power that God has given them to overcome sin. With the abundance of God's grace and the gift of righteousness in them Christians can reign in life (ie overcome sin) (Rom 5:17). Christians need not be dominated by sin because they under grace and not under the law (Rom6:14). Christians will not sin when they stay in the kingdom of light that God has put them in. (1 John 1:7). If Christians walk in the Spirit they will not fulfil the lust of the flesh (Gal 5:16). Yes Christians can sin like any other common person if they do not use their God-given powers and blessings. I pray that all Christians will arise and shine for the glory of God is risen upon them.

All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.
And God will judge everyone on the Day of Judgement.
Including those who do not believe He exists.

GOD EXIST and His name is JEHOVAH. Those who proffers to be atheist or homosexuals even they feel the conviction that they are not a product of chance but of Intelligent Design.
I believe the man should be fairly judged and the only fair judge is God. The human agents are now corrupt and have limited understanding of their fellow beings. Most of the judgment in our courts are full of errors and sometimes irreversible errors where innocent blood has been shed.
I believe the man should be set free so that God Himself will judge him for he might be innocent but God knows our secret deeds and the hidden thoughts of our hearts.

As an Atheist, I don't "sin", simply because there is no such thing.
I make mistakes sure, but "sin" is simply another way for the charlatans that call themselves priests, ministers or reverend, to keep the sheep in line and more importantly, keep them in the church. Why? Look to the collection plate for your answer...

Every human being who ever had a breath has sinned. Christians realize their sin and repent to God. Atheists won't take responsibility for their actions. You can't say Hitler didn't sin!

Sure we sin. That's not the point.
Jesus tells us over and over again in the Bible that if you follow Him, He'll lead you right to God, whether you sin or not. If your heart is pure, you'll see God. It's not about the sin. It's about the Love.

Try reading some criminology books to find out why people do bad things. Its not because we are evil its because we are human. There are so many criminal justice theories experimented and written to say where people get their bad behaviors.
