I want to have beef bacon. Can't find it in my area. Was wondering what cut of meat to ask about getting sliced at the supermarket.

I believe it can be made from the brisket.

Also you can order it online.

I have never heard of "beef" bacon. Bacon is a cured pork meat product and sometimes smoked as well.
If your going to try this yourself I'd use brisket.

Have you tried pastrami? It's very bacon like.

It's made from beef brisket.
