Your girlfriend's dealing with a lot of stresses right now. It's entirely possible that she's being completely honest with you--that if you're with her she wants to make your time spent together special, and that's just not something that she can do at this time.
Bear in mind that she's obviously a goal oriented person who has very high standards for herself. This is not something that's going to change. If you stay with her, you'll have to be prepared for times when she'll be giving you little or no attention. Is this something that you can accept?
Wait until exams are over and sit down with her. See if your emotional needs, lifestyles and goals are compatible. If they aren't, you may want to re-think a relationship with her. I know of many couples who really love each other, but have miserable lives because neither partner is getting what they need.

Be patient with her, it's a very busy time in her studies right now. Give her the time she needs, the three weeks, then sit down and talk with her. As a former college student, I can tell you that this is a rough time for her, and she will be distant and focused on her education. Don't be hurt, but do try to be understanding and supportive.

You're being played for a sucker...she's not going to come clean unless you cold bust her and until that time, she's got the best of both worlds: someone on hand that she's enjoying until the novelty wears off and/or gets serious. And, she has her old standby, just dying to kiss her butt to figure out why she's so distant. Take my advice:get over her as fast as you can, and move on to greener pastures! She's dishonest and self-centered!

With human relations you can never tell... but one golden rule with women is: ignore them and they will seek out your attention, if they don't then its over and time to move on. Don't behave like you can't live without her - even though you feel like that inside. Just be patient and try the ignore trick it works most of the times, and if if doesn't well buddy you know what you have to do. All the best.

I think u should prepare for exams and postpone this matter till then. Friends may come and go, but exams will leave a permanent mark over your career, and u should know sir NO FRIEND WILL BE THERE IF U WON'T HAVE A CAREER.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but it sounds to me like she's trying to push you away. I'm willing to bet she's met someone else and feels guilty, so she's hoping she will drive you away by the way she is acting to save her the guilt of breaking up with you. You can either confront her, which may only end up making you feel worse, or you can just move on and find someone who wants to be with you. Good luck.

Those, my dear friend, are the signs of the end of your relationship. Dont think you two have anything left to salvage. Sorry.

yes ypu should be very worried! even though she is sort of busy at the particular moment it doesn't explain why she can't spare a few minutes on phone with you.
