Try Albendazole (but don't skip any medication)
Get into the habit of carefully washing your hands after using the toilet, and before and after eating.
Thoroughly launder all bedding, clothing, and toys to destroy any lingering eggs.
Launder all bedding every 3-7 days for 3 weeks.
Wash underwear and pajamas daily for 2 weeks
It is common to become reinfected with pinworms several months after treatment.

I looked this up in my reference book, Prescription for Nutritional Healing, and it states for severe infestation you should do a colon cleanse. That was what I was thinking as worms are very stubborn to get rid of. A really great company that sells a great product is www.Dr.Natura.com. (No, I don't work for them!) I have used their product and really liked it. They get great reviews from everyone that has tried it. Get the colonix and detox program. Go to their website and read the information, I know you will be sold, especially when you check out the photo gallery! Yuk! If you have any questions, phone their customer service, they are really friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend you use this! Good Luck!

Mike's counselling is good. I want to add that you cut your nails short and do not scratch.
