Go to a card store and read their poems, buy one or make up your own from what they say. A real poet will not give up it for free here.

While you are waiting for an answer, I suggest you write, from your heart, your own thoughts and feelings for your son.
This will mean more to him than any poem by even the best poet.

You could write one yourself, set it out to be small four lines add a list of words of how you'd like it to sound like spiritual, quirky, advise like, feel the vibes that are in your heart and the soulful way you'd like to express it, and start looking up words in the theasaurus- get for writing gives you choice for free then enlist the help of a friend to help you set it straight
