See Madame M's response above about plastic leaching into the honey. Plastic leaches adverse molecules into all sorts of food and also into rivers, lakes. See research into male Everglades Alligators with dicks so small they can't reproduce because even before they were born they were polluted with false molecules originating from plastics which prevented their equipment from developing. Humans are next.

Hard to sterilize the containers, and some people worry that the plastic leaches into the food product. However, many types of honey are available in plastic containers. If you use it within a week or so, it should be OK.

I don't think there is none. But it might be hard to get the honey out of the container because honey is very sticky.
