Why dont you just convert the video from m4a to dvd format and drag and drop the files. If you use rubbish windows go into start, music, itunes and find the movie you downloaded. Or just search. Do the same with a mac but go into the finder. Right click on the file and clicke avs convert to dvd. The drag the finished file to a dvd instered into you drive.

it allows you to connect to limewire, bearshare, ares, morpheus, etc. all at the same time. the downloads are very quick too.
uTorrent can be downloaded here:

this is probably the best program. it lets you search for torrent files, which are typically full CD's, movies, etc. I download a full CD in 3 minutes or less. I download full movies in about 15 minutes.

Download Azureus then go to any torrent site and type in what you want download the link then double click azureus and download easy

This isn't a comment on whether I condone p2p programs or not but Kazaa has lots of spyware/adware!
